My journey started long before I published Reflections of Love: Healing Through Connection and Self-Awareness, it began the moment I realized that healing isn’t about fixing people, it’s about holding space for their evolution.

Through personal transformation, laughter, loss, and a few cosmic wake-up calls, I learned that real healing lives in connection between body, spirit, and community. My work today fuses energy medicine, storytelling, and sacred experiences that help people reconnect with who they truly are.
